Shipping information

Payments by Credit Card or Paypal Account: the order will be immediately taken care of by our systems and shipped within 5/10 working days if the product is in stock or in 20/30 working days if the item is to be produced.

Payments by Bank Transfer: the order will be taken care of from the date of actual payment and shipped within 5/10 working days if the product is in stock or within 20/30 working days if the item is to be produced.

Order tracking: each order placed can be checked by accessing your account in the "MY ORDERS" area.
The order placed shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer in accordance with the procedures communicated at the time of ordering, except in the event of product unavailability or force majeure.
The delivery terms communicated in the order phase must be considered indicative, not essential and not binding for the Seller.
At the time of receiving the products at his domicile, the Consumer shall verify the integrity of the same and the quantitative correspondence with that resulting from the order confirmation.
In the event of discrepancies or discrepancies in the delivery due to partial delivery or visibly damaged products/packages, the Consumer must notify the Carrier of the anomaly by accepting with reservation or refusing the delivery.
In the event of visible damage, of any entity, to the product packaging during delivery, the Consumer must refuse the delivery or request the Carrier to accept the package with reservation, specifying the reasons/anomalies.
Failure to accept with reservation shall not entitle the Buyer to a refund.
